1. Consulting
  • Strategic planning: helping clients to plan the introduction of new or upgraded interactive services


  • Infrastructure definition: researching and advising on the organizational and technical infrastructures needed to support a client's use of technology-assisted learning and communication methods


  • Media selection: matching specific training and communication needs to appropriate delivery media using a selection methodology developed by Androcom


  • Audience consultation: determining the needs and preferences of important target groups


  • Costing: estimating the costs of program development and implementation


  • RFP definition: helping clients to articulate their needs in Requests for Proposals
